Individual 1:1 Coaching

Individual sessions are highly tailored to your unique needs and schedule.

The individual coaching engagement typically involves 6-8 sessions over the course of several months, which are designed to help you hone in on meaningful goals and action steps as well as evaluate lessons learned along the way.

Group Coaching

Group sessions are powerful ways to connect with others and generate insight through that experience.

Groups are formed on an ongoing basis, with most taking place biweekly for 6-8 sessions.

and why your health and

wellbeing matters to you.

The core areas that affect your health and wellbeing—how you would rate your satisfaction with each, currently, and which areas need more attention than others.

Your behavior change goal to improve your health and wellbeing.

Action steps to achieve this goal.
